FEAR & WONDER | 4 SQUARE POSTER
The goal of this project was to create four separate 8”x8” compositions that worked well on their own as well as when placed into a 16”x16” format, with all edges touching. Each pair of squares represent a different concept; one being 'wonder' and the other being 'fear.'
Each square composition has its own unique character, and when placed into the four square composition, a new, cohesive piece is created. The overall composition is meant to strike fear, anxiety and a sense of the unknown in the viewer. Some of the objects are sharp and uneasy, while others defy gravity and the norm.
